A fourth-generation Floridian raised somewhere between the sun, surf, and sand of Fort Lauderdale, Jason has been serving real estate clients in Florida since 2015. He leads the Wetherington Group, a network of full time real estate professionals providing concierge-level service to clients in Florida, Georgia, and Kentucky.

Propelled by a passion for community service, he has served on a number of non-profit boards, some of which include: Covenant House, CB Cares Foundation, and the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Historic Preservation Board. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Animal Care Society in Louisville, KY; as Vice President of the Kentucky Chapter of Keller Williams Young Professionals; and on the national committee for KWClarity - a network of real estate professionals within the sober community.

He shares his home with his golden retriever AKA "Chief Happiness Officer" Lexi Grace, and two cats, Bubba & Sissy.

Susan Gauthier is a second-generation Fort Lauderdale native and third-generation REALTOR® with deep roots in the community she proudly serves. Born at Holy Cross Hospital and raised in Coral Ridge, her family has called Fort Lauderdale home since the 1940s, giving her unmatched local insight into the city’s neighborhoods and lifestyle.

A graduate of Fort Lauderdale High School, Susan briefly lived on Boston’s North Shore before returning home in 1995, drawn back by South Florida’s coastal lifestyle. A true “Venice of America” local, she enjoys boating, beach days, and life on the water.

As a REALTOR® with The Wetherington Group, Susan is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals through hard work, efficiency, and a client-first approach. She is a member of BeachesMLS, serving South Florida and the Space Coast markets.
